Low Volume Up-Fitting

Process driven manufacturing techniques are used to execute low volume production runs of up-fitted vehicles. Our existing relationships with industry vendors ensure the best prices and cooperation for your program. We work with vendors to ensure they understand the quality and processes required by OEMs to become compliant in their documentation.

We have specially developed programs for OEMs that wish to manufacture high quality, low volume runs of special vehicles. ATG is a D.O.T. registered alterer and therefore assumes all liability surrounding FMVSS certification. Our production lines are OEM quality and are well documented, employing "Best People Practices" and "Operation Description Documentation" as well as thorough QC inspections and warranty coverage.

For the aftermarket manufacturer, we provide component integration, assembly, and warranty of complete branded vehicles. ATG will build your branded vehicles, creating an image in the marketplace that you are a manufacturer, while also providing new marketing and public relations opportunities.

Dealers can utilize ATG to customize vehicles or create dealer limited editions. We can install wheels, brakes, shocks, springs, body accessories, tint and vinyl graphics on a per car basis.

A typical up-fitted vehicle would include the following upgrades:
Urethane body kit with metal mesh grills and fog lamps
Upgraded suspension including shocks, springs and sway bars
Custom wheels and upgraded tires
Upgraded brakes including calipers and rotors
Cat-back dual exhaust system with chrome tips
Exterior badges and graphics
Re-trimmed or upgraded seating
Interior identification plaque, floor mats, shift knob and small trim pieces
